Originally from New York City, I now call Basel, Switzerland home. At Brooklyn Bakery, I create cookies and other baked treats with a focus on unique flavor fusions — everything is baked fresh by me every single morning.
I started Brooklyn Bakery to support my dream of opening my very own café, so every purchase you make brings me one step closer to that goal. More flavors, projects, and sweet surprises are always on the way!
